Homemeade butterbeer

We tried making butterbeer at home based on Dawn’s knowledge from one of the park employees and a recipe Shaun found online (1/2 tsp butter extract, 12 oz cream soda). The foam is just cool whip. Very good, but veeeeery sweet, just like the real thing.
