Tchoup Chop Part I
Our server’s name was Shaun, even spelled the same way! I got the
signature cocktail, the Tchoup Chop Chop. We also got some prawn chips
with aoili, bacon-stuffed mushrooms and bacon fried dumplings, a fried
hogshead cheese galette(compliments of Chef Greg), crab cake, sushi
and grilled garlic tiger shrimp. Then before we could even order
dessert, they brought out a dessert bomb of creme brûlée trio, banana
cream pie and hazelnut pecan pie. I think we died and went to heaven.
I only hope my clothes fit tomorrow!
