Faye decorated a gingerbread house all by herself at Gramps and Grammy’s house this weekend. Grammy said she took to it like a duck to water. The tradition lives on!!

    Like a duck to water is right! I was astounded at how fast she caught on. I only put on ONE gum drop to show her and she did the rest. And she got so excited when I put icing down for the ‘fence’. She told Gramps, “We’re making a fence, Gramps!, we’re making a fence!” And she started grabbing candy to build her fence. It was one of the highlights of my life! – And not a speck of candy or icing on her “pretty dress”. Amazing!

    I’m so impressed! Looks like Faye inherited the artist gene, because Henry would prefer to EAT the candy than decorate with it. ;-) Go Faye!
