   I can’t remember, is Sal’s the sno-ball stand on Metairie Rd. near St. Catherine’s? And Faye is so cute and NEAT!

   That’s the one. It’s a drive but it’s always worth it. They still have the best nectar. And Shaun always seems to have gone to school with whomever is working behind the window. Their machines still say “Ortolano” on the side.

   Man, I could sure use a Sal’s right about now.

   On another note, Jason and I went to Bob’s taco stand the other week in Rosenberg. I noticed they had a sno-ball stand and just had to go check it out after lunch. I was in luck because they had a sno-wizard there!

   So, not only do they make good appetizers, they also make good desserts! =D
