I went down to the Audobon zoo….
With such nice weather today, we took a trip out to the Audubon Zoo with Dawn and Henry. Faye had a blast seeing all of the animals she been reading abotu in her book and coloring at daycare. She really liked the elephants and *loved* seeing the giraffe’s up close at the feeding area. She even got to feed to one! Ok, well… when the Giraffe stuck his tongue out for the biscuit she climbed on to me for dear life (but giggling a fit still), so I gave him the biscuit. A fun outting for all.

That was such a fun time! And look at that first picture with the three of you, haloed by heavenly light! The angels approve of your day at the zoo. I’m glad we went- we had a blast (even if we did have to stop and read every eye-straining “clue” in the Jaguar Jungle for Indiana Henry. *g*)
