Faye got a surprise after her nap: a new playmat from Aunt Tracy. She’s warming up to it, but the first thing she noticed was the mirror. She just loves looking at herself.

Here’s Faye at her pre-lunch nap, then doing a little birdwatching after lunch, then asleep again for her afternoon siesta (sucking her thumb). All this in the space of an hour. It’s good to be the king. Good news: she drank 4.5 ounces for lunch. We’re transitioning her to 4.5 instead of 4 since she’s getting bigger and needs more calories to keep up with all that napping.

While I was out on vacation, me and 2 other coworkers got the monthly Spotlight Award at the Dept. meeting for our work on a recent project.

I haven’t turned on the PS3 since… let’s see, Faye was born February 11, so February 10. :)
