You gotta see the special man!

Latest news is that Faye’s pediatrician says her G.I. looked normal; she just has reflux. However, she still is concerned about Faye’s weight loss, so she’s sitting up an appointment with a G.I. Specialist to further look into what is causing Faye’s lack of appetite.

(edit: Faye usually wants to eat at her normal feeding times, she just doesn’t eat as much as she used to. She’ll eat anywhere from 1-6 ounces now. I updated post to reflect “lack of appetite”, so as not make the problem seem worse than it is. -Shaun)

I certainly hope they don’t have to do any more tests. Poor little baby Faye!
Send her to BSL and we’ll get her to eat. She will like the air better here. :o)

    Hey guys,

Have you looked into this at all? :

See what your doctor thinks. It might be gentler on her tummy than antacids, and maybe worth a try. Hang in there! And give Faye a kiss from Auntie Dawn.

We looked into ColicCalm back when Faye was first showing signs of reflux at 1 month old. Her ped said we could try it as long as it’s made in the US. We just never got around to it since her prescription meds started working. I’ve read just as many comments that say it doesn’t work as ones that say it does, so I figured we’d stick with her meds. Might try it though.
