I don’t have a picture b/c she’s already asleep, but Faye’s 2nd tooth burst forth today. We were wondering why she was so irritable this evening and not finishing her bottles. Then we checked her gums and saw the second tooth peeking through the surface. Friday we took her to the doctor just as they were closing, because her rash was worse than ever (like raw meat) and she had pooped 6 times at daycare. They told us to add rice to her bottles since she isn’t eating from a spoon yet, to firm up her poop and help her pass whatever bug she has. It worked — she only pooped twice today. But her rash isn’t healing yet, so we’re trying a different ointment tonight. If it’s not cleared up by Monday, I’ll stay home with her until it does. Ah, the joys of teething!

try sitting her butt in sink with arm and hammer baking soda and water for 10 to 15 minutes, also can make a paste with the soda and little water kinda like clue, put it on her butt leave on her long as you can without a diaper on , possible with the sun shining on it, even if she is inside on the floor with the sun coming through the blinds or glass. if you need to put diaper on, put it loose as possible so her butt can get alittle air, so the diaper is not so air tight

I’m sorry she’s having so many problems, but a sleeping baby is no excuse for not posting pictures. Maybe she just needs her Grammy.

p.s. try the Arm & Hammer or ask the doctor about soaking her little hiney in Domboro(?) and water.
