Well, not really. But it was the first house related catch phrase that popped in my head.
Anyway, we had our inspections on Tuesday (and I forgot to take pics, whoops), and no major issues were found. Only main problem we wanted fixed was the lock on the rear door, which didn’t work. The seller agreed to fix that so we’re pretty much in with all contracts signed.
Just need to get the appraisal done, secure homeowner’s insurance, lock a mortgage rate, and attend the closing in the early February.
And move of course. Ugh..moving…
We gotz a new house, yo!

I’ve been lazy and having really posted anything about this but we’re once again in the house buying process. Earlier this week, Donna and I went to look at some houses and found one we liked.
We submitted our offer and got it accepted with almost all our terms meet. So we’re know in Option Pending and have an inspection set for Tuesday. woo!
Here’s some pics from the listing and visit.
The ring that seals the drain to the left sink rusted and broke last week. Today I finally got around to fixing it. I was happy to learn all this PVC pipe wasn’t glued all together, but was just a simple screw seal. Unscrewed a cap and yanked out the drain pipe, voila!
Off to Lowe’s for a replacement part now.
