Today we got an unexpected package in the mail. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway sent us a copy of the The Official F1 Season Review book with a “Thanks for buying tickets to the ‘07 USGP” letter.
Pretty sweet.

So last night was the deadline for the current buyers of the house we looked at.The seller though wanted to see how felt about the inspection report the option’ers had.

After getting a copy of their inspection report, taking a 2nd walk, we only listed a few things. 2 actually that dealt with water leaks.

In the end, around 10pm or so we got the call that the seller went with the current buyers to the surprise of all the agents we heard because they’ve been nothing but asses and had asked for a crap load of repairs.

So we’re back at the start looking at additional houses. I’ve already a few “backups” so it’s not a total lose. I’m sure what happened, happened for a reason, right? Right.
