Let’s buy a house!

With our lease coming up in March, we’re starting to look at house in the area. Last Friday we took a look at house in Katy and really liked it. So we decided on Monday to go ahead and make offer on it, except there was 1 problem… someone beat us to it! Doh! Another offer was made on Saturday which locked us out.

The good news is the seller is almost had with the current buyers because we’ve heard from the agent they’ve been haggling for a week before they even submitted an offer and being a pain. They also asked for an option extension so we managed to squeeze in an offer. It’s a 4br/2ba 2214sq ft house.
So tonight we have to go sign the new paper work, and then wait to see what happens with the current buyers. so cross your fingers and toes that they’re a buncha asses and piss off the seller :D
