8 Sony HDV MiniDV tapes for the wedding and trip. Why 8? 4 go to the videographer (2 HD cams for 2 hours) for the wedding, 2 for rest of trip, 1 to dump the final edit to (which I’m doing), and 1 spare. Not cheap at $16/tape, but worth it for 1080i HD video.
