Dinner at Taipei Express last night. We were the lone dine-in customers. We were even treated to “Deck the Halls” on the overhead music, which, in a Chinese restaurant, still kind of makes you giggle.

Shaun you had been on my mind quite a bit since the hurricane in New Orleans. Today I decided to click up the old Ironfans Online site..and low and behold was directed to this new site of yours. Houston has to be one of my ALL time favorite cities the scent of cumin on the streets, the Irish pubs, minute maid park, the Flying Saucer bar and grill, not to mention the fabulous parks and fountains throughout the entire city.
I’m guessing that about now you’re missing those huge ratlike creatures that use to run along the levi down by the water front….what are they called again Shaun? Hope Havart and everyone else from the old chatdays are doing fine and that you have some kind of open communication with them. Good luck to you and Donna with your new location Merry Christmas..and a blessed new year. Shaun remember when I would enter the chatroom and you were Ghost moderating and I would sing the Gilbert O’Sullivan song…Alone Again Naturally? “Sigh”…those were the good old days.
